Ben's Star Student Teaching
We enjoyed playing the game Ben taught us when he was the Star Student.
It was like tag, but we had to avoid being hit by the ball not the tagger.
Since it was raining, again, we had to play in the hall.

Hockey
We have enjoyed learning hockey from Dane.
Check out our skills and the competitiveness of our game.

Ilya's Star Student Teaching
When Ilya's was the Star Student he taught us a game kind of like piggy in the middle. Except that the people on the outside were trying to hit the person in the middle with the ball (that they threw softly, of course).
We had lots of fun. These photos show the great dodging skills we have.

Victoria's Star Student Teaching and new things in Room 18
For Victoria's Star Student teaching she wanted to teach us how to putt in golf.
She brought in her golf club and putting board. She showed us how to grip and swing the club, and how to stand properly.
Then everyone got a turn. We got 5 hits of the ball and had to try and see if we could get them in the hole. Zech and Ilya were the superstars who got two balls in the holes within their shots or hits. We were a great crowd, just like at the real golfing games, with our "Ohhhh, Mmmmmm, Yes, Wahoo".
While you are looking at the photos see if you can find the new person and new piece of equipment we got this week.

Awesome job Campbell. |
Zech was definitely a crowd favourite with his hole in one, and another ball getting in too. |
I think Georgia is telling Hannah's ball to go in the whole. |
This is Miss Kadim. She is a student teacher from Victoria University. She is with us for 7 weeks. |
Charlotte had two people giving her advice. |
Super face Sylvia. Behind her is our new TV that we can use to show what is on the laptops or the ipads. Yeah new technology. Thanks Matt (Charlotte's Dad) for helping me to set it up. |
I love the way Ben has is eye on the ball, looking where he wants it to go. |
Ben was very impressed with the way Ilya got the golf ball in the hole. Great crowd support. |
Oh Liam, so close. |
Look at the crowd go wild over Anoushka's shot. |
